GENERAL INFORMATION — Warranties
Tables
All tables manufactured by TCF Tierra Contract Furniture are warranted to the original purchaser covering normal usage for a period of twelve years from the date of arrival at job site. TCF Tierra Contract Furniture will replace or repair (at our discretion) without cost to our customers any item found to be defective as a result of defective materials or workmanship. We will not, however, repair any item which has been abused or subjected to any use other than that which was originally intended for our product. Any repairs by the customer must receive specific written authorization from TCF Tierra Contract Furniture before being executed on location to receive proper reimbursement for associated costs. In no event shall liability under this warranty exceed the original purchase price.
Electrical items not manufactured by TCF Tierra Contract Furniture are covered for a period of one year.
Plastic laminates, Corian®, 3form® Chroma®, acrylic, quartz and non-standard custom materials are not warranted by TCF Tierra Contract Furniture, but are warranted by the respective manufacturers under their specific warranty only.
Wood furniture is made of natural variable raw material. Differences in grain characteristics and color among wood species are naturally occurring variations and are not within the control of TCF Tierra Contract Furniture nor considered defects included in this warranty.
Seating
TCF Tierra Contract Furniture seating frames are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship covering normal usage to the original purchaser for a period of seven years from the date of the arrival at job site. TCF Tierra Contract Furniture will replace or repair (at our discretion), without cost to our customers, any item found to be defective as a result of defective material or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, alteration or negligence. Any repairs by the customer must receive specific written authorization from TCF Tierra Contract Furniture before being executed on location to receive proper reimbursement for associated costs. TCF Tierra Contract Furniture will not be liable for any additional charges sustained by the customer because of improper installation by others, usage or aftermarket additions.

TCF Tierra Contract Furniture seating is not intended for outdoor usage. Outdoor usage of seating voids warranty.
COM textiles and COL leathers are not warranted by TCF Tierra Contract Furniture, but are warranted by the respective manufacturers under their specific warranty only.

All outdoor products manufactured by TCF Tierra Contract Furniture are warranted to the original purchaser covering normal usage for a period of one year from the date of onsite delivery. TCF Tierra Contract Furniture will replace or repair (at our discretion) without cost to our customers any item found to be defective as a result of defective material or workmanship. We will not, however, repair any item which has been abused or subjected to any use other than that which was originally intended for our product. Any repairs by the customer must receive specific written authorization from TCF Tierra Contract Furniture
before being executed on location to receive proper reimbursement for associated costs. In no event shall liability under this warranty exceed the original purchase price.
